As promised in the earlier post on Halloween Letter Search, here’s introducing the new Halloween Word Search Printables from Malaysian Mom! I have a lot of fun preparing these worksheets and my kids were so excited with the cute graphics.
As some of you already know, we don’t celebrate Halloween around these parts but my kids and I love it because let’s face it, monsters and spooky are just so fun! I think I should actually start working on something for Deepavali (Diwali) which is actually one day before Halloween!
Halloween Word Search #1 (Easy Version)
Back to the story, the first worksheet here is more suitable for children above 5 years old. Younger kids may like the cute pumpkin and bats Halloween Letter Search in my earlier post instead.
The first Word Search puzzle is easier because all the words are relatively shorter. All twelve words are found horizontally in the word maze. My 5-year-old can complete it with some help from me. On the other hand, my 3-year-old girl is more than happy to just look at the cute images and trying to learn new words 🙂 Words like cauldron, coffin and magic potion are new to my kids.
The worksheet comes in two versions, with vibrant blue background for those of you for wish to be a bit more festive and a second ink-saving version with white background for the practical mommies. The answers are also provided in the third page for your quick convenience.

Halloween Word Search #2 (Hard Version)
The second word search game is more advanced in the sense that the words searched are relatively longer and the hidden words (there are 12 of them) are available both in vertical and horizontal positions.
Similar to the first worksheet, this version of the Word Search also come with vibrant blue background or white background on the second page. The answers are available on the third page.
